At Your Service only employs highly presentable, articulate and young waiters and waitresses to manage events.

All recruits have to complete a two stage induction process and are individually screened to make sure they have discretion, courtesy, initiative and the right attitude.

Once approved they are placed on an intensive training course and complete this with a comprehensive understanding of private and corporate events.

Longer term staff are then put through the rigours of a secondary training, enabling them to manage the teams and be versatile in their adaptation of new environments.
