Drovers Way - truly the 'Original Hog Roasters' - established in 1975. A farming-family business, we pioneered the cooking of whole pigs around outside events and continue with the uniquely successful formula of combining quality pork, fresh sausage and homemade sage & onion stuffing within our fresh bread rolls.

This year we have expanded our range of accompanying sauces to include the highly popular Apple & Sage Jelly and Spiced Honey Mustard.

Our long-standing alliance with the Simmental Cattle Society continues and we specialise in cooking whole topsides of Scottish-bred beef at agricultural shows and food halls.

Expanding our reputation for quality within the mobile catering world, our fleet of equipment now includes general carveries (try our hot, honey roast gammon baguettes) and real meat burgers (full range of burgers sold with choice of blue cheese dressing and chunky tomato relish).
