At Fabulous we believe in listening to our clients to find out what they really want the food at their party to say about them, be it cool funky canapés, substantial canapés such as burgers and hotdogs,  an eclectic mix of bowl food from around the world or an elegant sit-down dinner.

We love to work on menus and concepts. For a Scottish wedding the groom wanted guests who didn’t know each other to interact over the first course thus we sat together with the bride and devised a starter of bowls of Arbroath Smokie pate, plates of carpaccio of venison and mushroom bridies. The result: lots of smiles and dishes passed from guests to guest.

The rules of catering are there to be played; with long tables allow large platters to be placed down the centre of the table, a Mediterranean  feast of olives, vine tomatoes, olive oils and crusty bread with bowls of steaming pasta, grilled sardines and skewers of vegetables can create a feast for the eye as well as the stomach.

Great British menus showing off the quality of our home produced product can also bring back fond memories for guests of childhood days in the kitchen.
