Forbes House is a hidden secret in the heart of Belgravia, offering a unique venue for your wedding reception. The house is set back from the street, in its own spacious grounds with parking for up to 40 cars. The House was built nearly 200 years ago and still radiates the elegance of its era. It retains many of its original features, including the majestic entrance and imposing staircase, this being the main focus leading to our grand reception rooms.

The Council Room is the perfect location for a lavish wedding reception, followed by dancing. The oak panelled Library or Committee Room can provide a perfect setting for your photographs. A marquee can be erected on the south facing front lawn.

The House is an ideal location for receptions of up to 250 guests. Forbes House works exclusively with a number of external caterers'; menus can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Special services such as assistance with flower arrangements, printing and entertainment can be arranged by request. The rooms are available to hire on a daily basis, alternatively you may wish to hire the house for an exclusive reception at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
