Hannah Kirk, a Music and Dance graduate with diplomas from the R.A.M., has a wide repertoire of Opera and Operetta.

She joined D’Oyly Carte in 1998 in the West End, made subsequent recordings and has performed many G&S principal roles. 

Non G&S includes Rosalinda, Pamina, Susanna, Musetta, Frasquita and Antonia. She has created the roles of Marie Therese for Darrell Davidson, Venus for Joe St Johanser and Soloist in the London Premier of Horizons by Carter. Other performances include Frasquita, Musetta and Kate Pinkerton for European Chamber Opera, Despina, Fiordiligi and Donna Anna for Opera Del Mar.

Hannah is featured on many recordings, the most recent of which is as soloist with Ensemble Lumiere from the B.B.C.
 
Hannah is a regular oratorio and concert soloist and has toured the International Festivals and recorded for the A.B.C. from the Sydney Opera House; but closer venues include St. John’s Smith Square, Q.E.H. and the Barbican in performances of Mozart Mass in C minor, Rossini Petite Messe Solenelle and Haydn Imperial Mass.

Future plans include the Mozart Exsultate Jubilate in Worcester and a recital tour of Shakespeare in Song in 2009.
