With over 10 years experience within the industry, we supply hand-picked, fabulous staff for every occasion. From fine-dining waiting staff to baristas and cocktail makers, we tailor make your staffing requirements to suit any event or occasion.

 

 

Our Staff:
All of our staff are English speaking, hard working, highly presentable and intuitive, with a very positive attitude to work. In order to offer our clients the best service, and enable you to tailor-make your staffing requirements to suit your needs, we offer a tiered staffing structure, reflecting the different levels of experience of our staff. We have four levels, starting at excellent general waiting staff, that we call our ‘Team Players’, up to our ‘Presidents’ capable of overseeing your entire event. In addition, we provide, speciality staff such as baristas and cocktail makers if you want to add that little something extra to your event.

 

 

Our Training:
Our strict interview and training procedure means that we create high standards from the very beginning of the recruitment process, and then continually monitor staff on an on-going basis. Our staff our incentivised and receive special bonuses, which ensures they remain motivated and passionate about their job.

 

 

Our Commitment:
No event or occasion is too big or too small for us at High Society. We pride ourselves on the exceptional level of service we provide, and are continually striving to exceed our clients expectations at all levels.
