Sarah's Catering specialises in event catering. We have purpose built catering trailers and professional Chinese top marquees, which we work together with an excellent set up of equipment and a team of trained, enthusiastic staff to serve a variety of delicious meals, snacks and drinks. From our Noodle Bar we offer a variety of Authentic Chinese dishes including Sweet and Sour, Szechuan, Black Bean and Lemon Chicken, we also have a full vegetarian menu. The food is freshly prepared and cooked fresh in woks in front of the customer with fresh vegetables and served with noodles or rice. We always use bio-degradable Chinese style food boxes with chop sticks or wooden forks. We can provide catering units serving Burgers, Traditional Hot Dogs, Fries, Herta Hot Dogs, Bacon, Breakfast Rolls and Hot and Cold Drinks. We use traditional Rancilio Coffee machines in our units and marquees offering Real Fair Trade Coffees, our coffee menu includes Cappuccino, Mocha and Speciality Coffees. We also offer a selection of fine Tea's and Hot Chocolate with cream. Throughout the Summer we can offer Chilled Fruit Juices such as Orange, Tropical, Apple and Pineapple. Sarah's Catering operates to a strict high standard of food hygiene, we have hazard analysis and a critical control point system in place. We are members of NCASS (moca),are fully insured and registered with Great Yarmouth Borough Council.
