Established in 2004 the Association represents Mobile Caterers, Sandwich bars, buffet and corporate hospitality caterers, burger bars, delivery rounds, takeaways, pizza bars, fish & chips and almost anyone in the fast food industry together with Suppliers to the trade.

NCASS is the forum whereby members and those in the trade are able to meet and communicate with each other regularly in order to enhance their business, knowledge and skills.

NCASS is a company limited by guarantee and is therefore owned by its membership and is controlled by a committee of members who meet on a regular basis and who are elected to serve the Association and its members at the Annual General Meeting.

Any surplus funds that may be collected are used for the furtherance of the membership and the industry, under the guidance of the committee.
