'The Wood Jazz Duo' is made up of Yamit Mamo (vocals) and Sheldon Conrich (Piano). The duo have recently been formed and have played at restaurants and bars around North London. They are currently looking to expand to hotels, corporate events and wedding receptions.

The music covered in the set is a wide collection of old classic jazz standards with a mix of recent tracks adapted into a jazz style. The recognisable sound of the 'Wood Jazz Duo' is very simple and mellow, which caters for background jazz music at parties, restaurant corners, receptions and many other types of venues.

Yamit Mamo is a 23-year-old singer songwriter based in north London with a voice that makes you stop what you are doing and just listen. With it's low full toned sound it's unmistakable. She currently gigs her own material as well around bars in London.

Sheldon Conrich is a 21 year old grade 8 classical guitarist, grade 7 drummer and an accomplished pianist. He has his own music production company and has worked with the likes of Gwen Stefani, The Honeyz, Mark Ronson and many more. Sheldon's simplistic yet imaginative jazz interpretations allow this Jazz duo to really stand out in a crowd.
