Johnny Depp to finally marry mother of his children
Hollywood star Johnny Depp is to marry his long-term love Vanessa Paradis on 14th June this year, it has been announced.
The popular actor and French singer have been together for ten years and have two children, eight-year-old Lily-Rose and six-year-old Jack.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star has always insisted that there was no need to tie the knot, but Vanessa has reportedly decided the time is right.
"For all intents and purposes, we are married," the actor has said, maintaining that he would be prepared to "get hitched... in a second" should his partner desire.
A close friend of the couple has revealed to Life and Style magazine: "Vanessa recently told Johnny that she would love to have a wedding.
"Johnny loves Vanessa very much and he said if that's what would make her happy, then he'd marry her," the source continued.
The union on 14th June is set to be a low-key ceremony involving close friends and family, with Tybee Island in Georgia tipped to be the most likely venue.
Wedding invitations are due to be distributed in the coming weeks.
