Liverpool rolls out the red carpet
Beyonce and Kanye West were among some of the stars who partied in Liverpool this week, following a glittering awards ceremony.
Liverpool's bars and restaurants rolled out the red carpets for the superstars who attended the MTV Europe Music Awards on November 6th at the Echo arena.
Celebrities and revellers then headed onto Liverpool's exclusive Newz bar, which is already frequented by the city's WAGs and music stars, the Liverpool Daily Echo reports.
Invited VIPs at the venue included Heidi Range from the Sugababes, Craig David, Estelle and Nicola Roberts from Girls Aloud.
Guests were treated to bottles of Cristal on their way into the popular venue.
Sponsors held post-awards corporate events at venues including Babycream, Ha Ha and Circo.
Hollywood celebrity blogger Perez Hilton held an MTV EMAs pre-party at One Night in Liverpool at the Carling Academy, while Radio One DJ Trevor Nelson held an after-show party at the same venue.
