Nicole Richie and Joel Madden to marry "this summer"
New parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden will tie the knot later this year, OK! magazine has exclusively revealed.
A close friend of the couple told the US edition of the publication that a wedding will take place this summer, despite vociferous public denials by the celebrity pair.
"I can't give too much away," the source told OK!, despite confirming that the nuptials "will be this summer".
The lavish ceremony is expected to feature as many as eight bridesmaids, with invitations due to be distributed next week.
OK! has been told that the bridesmaids are already choosing their dresses for the big day.
A celebrity wedding planner has reportedly been hired, with her one of her first jobs being to sample potential delicacies from Richie's favourite New York bakery, Alice's Tea Cup.
The Simple Life star and Good Charlotte lead vocalist celebrated the birth of their first child, Harlow, on 11th January.
A representative of the high profile couple recently denied the rumours, insisting that the pair are "not even engaged".
