Legendary music venue the London Astoria will host its last ever New Year's Eve party this year.
However, organisers hope to give it the best possible send-off with a range of artists signed for the December 31 bash.
The club will be knocked down next year and a new underground station built in its place.
New talent Noah and the Whale are rumoured to be headlining this year's party, hot of their recent chart success with their debut album.
A statement from the band stated: "After detailed, protracted and highly confidential rider negotiations, Noah and the Whale have agreed to play Push Club's New Years Eve party.
"An extension to Urby Whale's clothing rail and an application to the city electric and water boards withstanding, the band are looking forward to joining forces with their long-term friends and crushed velvet enthusiasts Young and Lost Club."
Pedro Morales, one of the Push Club promoters, said they would be giving the Astoria a very "fitting" last ever show.
The Astoria on Charing Cross Road was built on the site of a pickle factory in 1927.
