Event Show to discuss effect of Olympics on corporate events
Visitors to Olympia, London will be able to see an array of corporate acts at the Event Show which is being managed by Showbizworks.com.
The show will run from 21st until 22nd January and visitors will be able to see X Factor finalists Journey South and Jonathan Bremner performing.
John Probyn, chief executive officer for Live Nation (Music) UK and Stuart Galbraith, chief executive at Kilimanjaro Live are just two of the speakers at the Event Show 2009.
They will be discussing the effect of the Olympics on events, how security has evolved and how the events industry will cope with a difficult year ahead.
As well as being an educational experience for those keen to learn more about the events industry, visitors will also have the chance to see Francois Delaroziere, the artistic director and engineer behind the 50 foot high robotic spider, La Princesse.
La Princesse was just one of the attractions during Liverpool’s City of Culture celebrations.
