Guide to West Oxfordshire corporate events launched
Corporate event organisers are being encouraged to choose West Oxfordshire for their venues.
A new conference guide has been launched to promote venues across the region and improve the events sector in the area, the Oxford Times reports.
West Oxfordshire District Council collaborated with financial advisers in putting together the guide, which offers a list of more than 30 venues in the county.
The guide includes photos, tips and details of the different corporate venues, providing small meetings and workshops for corporate events for up to 500 delegates.
Commenting on the guide, councillor Warwick Robinson said: "The guide highlights the excellent facilities we have in the district, and I am sure it will help businesses find the best local venue for their needs."
The council in the area is hoping that the new guide will help Oxfordshire compete with the leaders in the corporate events sector in London and Birmingham.
