New north-east corporate event venues added

New corporate event and entertainment venues have joined the NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau, providing organisers with even more locations to hold unique parties.

The Art Works Galleries, Northern Stage and Apartment Group have all joined the bureau, which already has around 100 residential, sporting and cultural venues throughout the north-east.

Venues already include the National Glass Centre, the Alnwick Garden and the Sage Gateshead, website nebusiness.co.uk reports.

Jessica Roberts, head of business tourism at NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau, told the website: "Newcastle is already one of the UK's most vibrant destinations with an array of quirky venues.

"Conference organisers looking to us for inspiration are simply spoiled for choice when it comes to finding a unique location to host their event."
