The Hospitality Show at the NEC Birmingham was host to over 300 companies including Major International that launched a number of new products at the event.
As a leading manufacturer of stocks, sauces and marinades, the company clearly felt that Hospitality with its 14,000 visitors was the prefect venue to showcase its latest products.
According to the company its products are designed to "perform to the max without requiring hours of traditional preparation time".
Major International said: "All Major products are created with versatility and convenience in mind."
Visitors to the show were treated to Liquid Seasoning Chargrill flavour, Major Glace Reductions and Hot Stuff! "the latest additions to the Major marinades range2".
Hospitality 2009 was declared a "great show" by John OShea from Ille Paper Service.
Meanwhile, Kate Rogers, vending development manager at Cadbury said that the atmosphere at the show had been "fabulous".
