The world's largest carbon neutral corporate event will take place this summer, uniting more than 1,000 delegates from across the globe.
The inaugural International Benchmarking Forum (IBF) will be a unique business gathering, featuring acclaimed speakers from Google, Microsoft and others.
Focusing on intranet innovation, the conference will be the greenest of its kind, as it will take place entirely online.
Due to kick off at 11:00 GMT on 18th June, IBF 24 will unite thousands of representatives from the world's largest organisations, from Nokia to Boeing, through Visa to Kellogg's.
"Not only will this huge event be the most high profile and significant ever for those involved in any way in the world of corporate intranets but, because of its innovative online nature, it's also poised to be one of the most environmentally friendly conferences ever," said IBF chairman and chief executive Paul Miller.
Since guests and speakers will not have to travel, the corporate event will allow delegates to participate without generating tons of CO2.
Mr Miller noted that "the savings on flights, hotels, cars and so on" will help contribute "in no small way, to a greener corporate world".
The 24-hour event will allow participants to watch speeches, attend masterclasses, tour intranets, make contacts and take part in far-reaching debates at their own pace.
