Corporate entertainment at Royal Ascot

Diamond City Events has teamed up with specialists from Eventworld and Partridge Events to offer corporate hospitality deals for this year's Royal Ascot.

Brought together by the firm's managing director Donna Comfort, the package promises exclusive access to a private marquee from where to enjoy the flat racing action.

Famed for its glamour and elegance as much as for the quality of its competitions, Royal Ascot is a world-famous race meeting that dates back to 1711.

Event organisers can entertain guests at this historic gathering with corporate catering laid on in the form of a champagne and Pimms reception, complimentary bar, light refreshments, afternoon tea, plus a four-course lunch.

The exclusive marquee is set in the grounds of one of the nearby historic houses and is a short stroll from the course itself.

There, guests can meet horse racing personalties, watch the action on TV screens, or tune in to a jazz band.

Race cards and papers, on-site parking and admission to the grandstand and paddock are also included, with packages ranging from £275 to £450, plus VAT, for either of the five days.
