Three's A Crowd, the party-organising company set up by socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson last year with two friends from a flat in Chelsea, is to be floated on the stock exchange.
The sale is expected to generate in the region of £2 million and the firm will be listed on the Plus Market, which is specifically for developing businesses in their infancy.
As well as counting the BBC, Comic Relief and Mercedes Benz among its clients, Three's A Crowd also handled the launch of Ms Palmer-Tomkinson's new book, The Naughty Girl's Guide To Life.
A former 'it girl', Ms Palmer-Tomkinson is also a television personality, presenter, commercial model, columnist and occasional concert pianist.
However, she has been keen to stress that her party days - which saw her develop a cocaine addiction that necessitated the reconstruction of her nose - are firmly behind her now she has established herself as a successful businesswoman.
"I'm not a party girl anymore," she says. "I would never be able to take drugs again after my surgery anyway. I wish I'd had my nose job done years ago. I feel a lot more grown up."
