Catering company takes the stress out of Christmas
A British catering company has come up with a novel corporate gift idea for its employees this Christmas.
Banquet in a Box, which is based in Devon, will be rewarding staff and customers with a fully-prepared Christmas lunch.
The company normally provides gourmet meals for private customers who need help catering for their own dinner parties.
Now, it has devised a Christmas menu version, which businesses can choose from and have delivered to a recipient's door.
The package includes all the traditional festive meal favourites, including a turkey and all the trimmings, which recipients only need to put in the oven.
Owner Lisa Hayes said: "We have been offering fully-prepared Christmas lunches for a number of years now, but always to individual customers rather than as a corporate gift.
"Most companies give away chocolates and Christmas cards at this time of year, but we thought our meals would make an interesting alternative."
She said that the gift will give people the opportunity to make this Christmas "truly memorable".
