Corporate chartering firm branches out
Business entertainment specialist Train Chartering now offers corporate event planning for chartered trips to Paris and Brussels.
Providing full project and guest management, as well as catering and entertainment services, the firm can arrange the exclusive use of private carriages on international trains.
The corporate event management company has noted a growing interest in its escorted travel deals, typically as a staff incentive or team building exercise.
Recently, Train Chartered was called upon to organise a corporate day trip to Paris for a successful business team from Proctor & Gamble.
Participants travelled to the French capital in a private Eurostar carriage, enjoyed lunch up the Eiffel Tower and took in the sites from a privately chartered riverboat.
"The day in Paris was memorable," recalled the group's leader. "Train Chartering was excellent and very organised, keeping us to schedule so we could see so many of the sights."
Train Chartering's Simon Pielow explains why the new corporate event service is attracting so much attention.
"Private carriages are ideal for smaller groups for which a complete chartered train is inappropriate," he said.
