Soon-to-be brides and grooms are increasingly feeling the burden of their wedding days, a new survey reveals.
The poll of 1,044 adults from greenbee.com found that bad weather and the huge costs of weddings are among the concerns for couples.
Around 15 per cent of respondents said they were concerned about being left at the altar by their other half choosing not to go through with the nuptials.
Interestingly, the survey found that those living in the south-east of England are the most confident with just nine per cent of them afraid their partner will get cold feet.
Other problems include concerns about the wedding photographs. Luckily, with so many great locations to choose from, just three per cent of people are worried about the venue.
James Furse, managing director of greenbee, said: "Pre-wedding fears are only to be expected, and from our research its clear that the brides- and grooms-to-be have a great many concerns around their special day."
