A new restaurant serving the best in Asian cooking is set to open in London.
Urban Turban will open in Westbourne Grove in the next few weeks, website CatererSearch.com reports.
Chief proprietor Vineet Bhatia already heads up Michelin-starred Indian restaurant Rasoi Vineet Bhatia.
Mr Bhatia was among the first Indian Michelin-starred chefs in the country.
His head chef at Urban Turban will be Dev Juneja, who is adamant that the menu will steer clear of popular favourites such as vindaloo.
He told Bloomberg: "We'll be serving Indo-Chinese dishes such as sweet-and-sour prawns, only the Indian version."
The menu will also serve lighter foods, which are based on food that can be found served on the streets of Mumbai.
