Montpelier mixes up your Christmas party
A leading Edinburgh bar and restaurant operator is giving Christmas party guests the chance to join in their interactive cocktail demonstrations.
Montpeliers will hold these special cocktail mixing Christmas parties at Lulu, Opal Lounge and Candy Bar over te festive season.
Mixologists will provide tips and background on how to make the perfect cocktail and revellers will be able to sample some of their efforts.
Lucy Henderson, marketing manager for Montpeliers, said: "These events are really good fun and allow everyone to understand that there's much more involved in mixology than just throwing together a drink.
"Some of our Christmas dinners are later sittings and most people are keen to get their festive cheer started well before that time. This is where the cocktail demonstrations are proving popular."
