Partygoers in Birmingham refuse to be put off by the credit crunch and still plan to carry on partying this Christmas.
While some may be reconsidering their festive plans this year, it seems that people in Birmingham are ready for it.
Birmingham Restaurant Chez Jules is likely to be a popular venue for Christmas corporate events and is already being inundated with bookings.
The traditional French bistro has been in Birmingham since 1995 and is proving popular with employees and their bosses for annual Christmas parties.
The bistro is located centrally in the New Street area of Birmingham close to major shops, hotels, offices and transport links.
Its central location is one of the reasons it is once again proving extremely popular with guests.
Tony McKinlay, proprietor of Chez Jules, said: "Whilst it's clear that people are of course being affected by the wider financial situation, it seems that the traditional Christmas party is simply too important an annual fixture for people to relinquish."
