Queen and Prince Philip celebrate Diamond Wedding anniversary

The Queen and Prince Philip may be having a right royal knees-up this month as the couple celebrate their Diamond Wedding anniversary.

November 20th 2007 will mark 60 years since the royal couple tied the knot and in celebration, London's Little Venice Cake Company has designed an exclusive three-tier wedding cake.

The cake company has taken inspiration from the detail the wedding dress that Her Majesty wore in 1947.

A pearl design is repeated six times around each tier of the decade, representing each decade the royals have been married.

Moulded white sugar roses and leaves, studded with Swarovski crystals, symbolise the diamond anniversary.
