Haven Holidays to offer corporate events
While Haven is usually associated with family holidays, the company is set to broaden its horizons and venture into the arena of corporate events.
The companys head of specialist sales, Annabel Graham-Martin has suggested that the company's 35 parks offer companies the "perfect setting for events such as conferences, product launches or team building".

As a leading manufacturer of stocks, sauces and marinades, the company clearly felt that Hospitality with its 14,000 visitors was the prefect venue to showcase its latest products.

La Parade des Chefs restaurant competition was held at the Hospitality Show at the NEC Birmingham and the Sodexo Culinary Team managed to bag themselves a silver medal at the event.
Carterersearch.com reported on Sodexo's success, which they won for their three-course meal that included "gilt head bream, tortellini of shellfish, creamed leeks and shellfish bisque".

Catering companies that want to beat the recession have been advised to look at key aspects of their business.
Caterersearch.com was reporting on Paul Milsom, owner of Milsom Hotels and Restaurants, who was speaking at the Hospitality show at the NEC and advised firms to look after "customer care", provide "well-priced food" and develop their staff.
