Corporate caterers may have to label food with nutrition information
Corporate catering firms could be affected by new Food Standard Association (FSA) proposals to provide consumers with nutrition information.
That is according to eventmagazine.co.uk, which has spoken to chief executive of the FSA, Tim Smith, who has said that caterers are "welcomed to join in the consultation" that could see labelling of food become standard practice at corporate events.
